Fanblast Creator Guidelines
Fanblast is designed as a fan CRM to help creators manage authentic, safe, brand-aligned relationships. All users must adhere to applicable laws, the Terms and Conditions, and these community guidelines. Any content or behavior that promotes, encourages, coordinates, or otherwise associates with terrorism, organized crime, or groups founded on hate is strictly forbidden. The offering, promotion, or solicitation of sexual services, as well as private trading of firearms, tobacco, alcohol, and non-medical or pharmaceutical drugs, is disallowed. Any discussion or transaction related to the use, donation, or exchange of non-medical drugs — except in a recovery context — is not permitted. Private sales of live animals are likewise prohibited, although brick-and-mortar stores may post such offerings. Coordination related to poaching or trading of endangered species or their parts is prohibited. Real-money gambling, online lotteries, or skill-based games must not be promoted through the Fanblast CRM without prior written permission. Any sharing or threats to share sexually explicit material involving minors will result in immediate zero-tolerance policy enforcement.
Content promoting illegal behavior—such as counterfeit goods, cheat tools, use of human remains, or parts of protected species—as well as impersonation or distribution of misleading media created through deepfakes or synthetic voice is prohibited. Posting personal, sensitive, or protected data without authorization is not permitted. Only media you own or have licensed rights to may be shared through the Fanblast CRM, including photos, videos, and audio files. Reposting content from other sources without proper rights is unacceptable. While creators retain ownership of their content, unauthorized or inauthentic reposting is prohibited.
Nudity or sexually explicit content—including intercourse, genitals, fully exposed buttocks in closeup, or female nipples—is not permitted unless in the context of breastfeeding, childbirth, post-birth aftermaths, health-related topics (e.g., mastectomy or gender reassignment surgery), or protest. Artistic works containing nudity, such as sculptures or paintings, are allowed. Any content depicting children in nudity or partial nudity may be removed regardless of intent, due to the risk of abuse. Fanblast reserves the right to remove such content at its sole discretion.
To encourage genuine relationships within the Fanblast CRM, users must avoid manipulating engagement or interactions. This includes purchasing fans, spamming, posting repetitive content, or unsolicited promotions. Incentivized engagement (e.g., contests for likes or follows) and fake reviews are prohibited. While use of a real name is not required, all personal information provided must be accurate. Creating misleading profiles or impersonated identities is a violation. Creators must also clearly disclose whether they personally respond to fan messages, rely on team assistance, or use a combination of both, to ensure transparency and clarity of expectations.
Respect is central to all fan-creator interactions. Threats, harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or targeting individuals based on race, gender, religion, orientation, disability, or disease are not tolerated. Remarks about public figures may be treated more permissively, but inciting violence or using the Fanblast CRM to intimidate, humiliate, or encourage pile-on harassment is prohibited. If hate speech is used for awareness or education, it must be clearly framed, and Fanblast reserves the right to moderate or remove such content.
The Fanblast CRM acknowledges the need for sensitive, supportive conversations around personal difficulties. However, content that glorifies, encourages, or mocks self-harm, eating disorders, or similar struggles will be removed. Users may discuss their experiences for awareness or recovery purposes—but only with care, clear intent, and respect.
When sharing sensitive or newsworthy content—especially content involving violence or tragedy—it must be clearly purposed for education or advocacy and accompanied by appropriate warnings. Gratuitous, sadistic, or sensationalized violent content will not be tolerated.
Fanblast relies on its user community to report content that violates these guidelines. If you notice something concerning, please report it to info@fanblast.com with relevant details (usernames, timestamps, links, and context). Entire posts may be removed if any part of them violates the rules. When disputes arise over content, such as unauthorized reposting, we recommend attempting direct resolution with the involved party before escalating. If that fails, a copyright or trademark complaint may be filed. Public shaming, screenshotting to expose someone, or indirect harassment are also subject to moderation.
Fanblast may cooperate with law enforcement in cases of credible threats to safety, property, or public well-being. This includes serious psychological, physical, or financial threats. If you encounter content that is unpleasant but does not violate these guidelines, you may use the Fanblast CRM's tools to unsubscribe, block, or delete comments. Each user plays a role in defining the tone of the CRM, and we encourage respectful, thoughtful participation.
